Dewese is possessed of an outgoing, golden personality, which effortlessly fills every corner of a large hall: he possesses his audience without making any apparent effort to do so.

Trained in the Illinois heartland and in the heart of bustling London, the "rich and deep" (Shepherd Express) voice of American baritone Samuel James Dewese can now be seen and heard on stages around the world in operas, oratorios, and recitals exploring the rich and varied song repertoire.

From local streets to international stages, follow Samuel's entire performance schedule: 2020 and beyond

Live. Safe. Portable.

After months of cancelled contracts, Samuel missed the joy of singing to a live audience. Inspired by friends and colleagues around the world, he has cultivated a series of

front porch concerts.

These outdoor performances allow anyone to experience the thrill of the human voice in a safe, socially distant, and familiar environment: their own yards.

Seize this opportunity to relax and enjoy live music without fear.

Translations and programs are available on this website, and performances run about 35 minutes. And don't worry, if social distancing can't silence us, cooler weather definitely won't stop the music!

A gift? You're so kind!
